"We stayed for a night and had the traditional dinner and breakfast, both of which were fantastic and served by the very friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a private onsen with mountain views which was beautiful and definitely worth it. The ryokan is only a 5 minute walk from the main station in the area and it's conveniently located near a lot of shops. We loved our stay and would definitely come again."

"As far as pre-set campsites go, it was really nice. The inside was really warm, with options for making it warmer or colder to your liking. There was also tons of space and great beds.Their bath and shower were well maintained and the campground was neat. It is a campground however, and you can only really be so clean, i did encounter more than a couple spiders inside my tent and dust was frequent, but for those who camp frequently thats quite normal."

"The thing that rises above the rest is the warm and professional nature of the staff that are eager to ensure that guests feel welcome and taken cared off. Also the grounds are stunning—beautiful gardens and a close hiking trail. Onsen was great and mostly empty with a stunning view and you could track how busy it was from your hotel room before venturing forth. I will most definitely be back. Dinner is expensive as a heads up."

"This hotel is such luxury. We were a family of four and our room was so large it was amazing. The staff were wonderful and so helpful and we enjoyed our favourite meal of the trip in the sushi restaurant. Most definitely a highlight. Such a wonderful hotel we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. "
