"This hotel was an authentic Japanese experience. The staff were lovely. The food was quite good and the onsens we’re incredible. It is a bit remote. They do have a van that can take you to public transportation."

He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him.
