"We only stayed one night at Hakone, but the place had everything we needed. It was clean and large enough for our family of 9. The area was beautiful and within walking distance of the Togendai Station. The only downside is that the restaurants around the area close early, but we were aware of this and ate before we got to the place."

"The room is great, and just meets your every need for the usual short getaway to Hakone. Very clean and modern, and everything prepared when we arrived. Communication is excellent. This is deep in the community of Hakone but walkable from the train station (by Japan’s walking distance standards). "

"Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "
