It's like staying with your elderly, bachelor uncle whom you have been visiting since childhood - there is a very, very slight musty smell about the spacious and old-fashioned room, the retro room heater and the same VCR player is still there after all these years (as well as the stain you accidentally put on his papered doors as a child).
But, you love this uncle because he is full of mischief and fun, you feel at home, and if you go for the breakfast option, it proudly includes fresh eggs from local chickens in the area.
Don't bother with clinical impersonal places like APA, etc. The staff here will welcome you like family so bring a big group of friends and lots of sake to really enjoy this place.
