"Absolutely loved this hotel to stay they had everything we needed and would return! Lovely location Food from the palm was stunning! And the bar staff made me cocktails that wasn’t on the menu! Only con was that a loud fan come on in the night and woke us up and on the tables near the pond from the bar is that they wasn’t maintained glasses weren’t maintained and bird poo/ cobwebs all over the tables. Just needed a quick clean! But overall was an amazing stay! "

"My room was fantastic. The bathroom is a little dated, but the room and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast is almost certainly the best in Chester and the staff are great."

"Allowed to check in early. Had to pay for parking but we were given an extended time free of charge. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Gym was excellent for a hotel. Pool was lovely and clean! Breakfast in the morning was great and excellent service. Hotel is slightly dated but has an old school vibe so it suits it. All amenities available in the room. Comfortable nights sleep "

"Fantastic stay at The Halyard Liverpool, for a surprise trip for my partners birthday. The hotel is gorgeous and our room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The staff in reception were all lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. Would recommend! "
