"We stayed at the Maldron Liverpool as a couple and had a great experience overall. The hotel is in a new, modern building, and everything felt clean and fresh. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The only small downside was that the cushions on the bed were a bit too firm for our liking, but aside from that, it was a nearly perfect stay. We’d definitely consider coming back!"

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious and good value with a comfortable queen size bed and lots of pillows. In a convenient location for sightseeing during our stay in Liverpool. The staff were polite and helpful. Only downside was that they had vegan spread for the toast and im not keen on the vegetable sausages but everything else was perfect."

"Me and my sister have had a 3 night easter weekend stay. The hotel is lovely and clean and has a lovely fragrant smell as you enter the lobby. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem. The food is good and there is a lovely bar where you can relax and enjoy your drink, and we both had an amazing spa day. The hotel is 10 mins by taxi from the station, but is central for all you want to see and do. There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. The zoo is 15 mins by taxi and was worth the trip. A most enjoyable day out. A most enjoyable weekend."

"Booked last minute for an impromptu birthday treat. Hotel were very accommodating, ensuring we got served food even though we arrived after last orders had been taken. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices in both the contintal and cooked options. The only downside was having to walk past toilets, which were really smelly, to get to and from our room. Smell had gone by morning after the cleaners arrived so didnt overly spoil an otherwise excellent stay."
