"The hotel was very modern, clean, tidy and comfortable - everything we wanted for a city break. However the stand out for us was the customer service I received from one staff member in particular. I'm so very sorry I didn't catch his name but he was the Guest Experience Manager at the hotel. When I got home from our overnight stay I discovered I'd left a brand new (and quite expensive) pair of jeans in the wardrobe in our room. I made a call to the hotel and spoke to their Guest Experience Manager, who said "it was me who checked you in yesterday"! He swiftly located my jeans and arranged for their return to me via a 24hr couriered and tracked service (at a very reasonable cost). Sure enough they were dispatched the very next morning as promised and are now safely back with me. It's so refreshing to receive such good customer service from both the Guest Experience Manager and of course the Housekeeping department. Thank you so much again - an absolute gentleman and certainly providing Guests with a great experience! "
