"The hotel staff impressed us twice before we arrived because our college aged son went from 2 nights, 1 night and then none based on his frat Halloween party date that was updated twice. "Overall the property was a great location. The AC was not working unfortunately and the noise from the streets was terribly loud at night. It was extremely hard to sleep. We Valeted our vehicle the first night and unfortunately we got a ticket because it wasn’t parked properly fast enough. The hotel valet covered our valet cost and we in turn paid for our parking ticket. It’s a great location but the noise is a deal killer for me. 😔"

"The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also very nice and new. The hotel is also right by the Riverwalk with plenty of restaurants and shops to see. Be aware though that parking is $60 per night which I thought was outrageous. The alternative though is finding another place to park as there are no street parking so we felt we had no choice but to park at the hotel. It would have been ok but it was just an unexpected expense. "
