"The rooms were very nice, the staff were extremely accommodating, going out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is nice but there were some issues with replenishment of items in busy times. On check out there were some confusions about what had already been paid for via Expedia. It took a little while to sort out. "

"Close enough to city and rail station, spacious room and good ensuite, but a warren, takes two different lifts with a walk in between to reach third floor. Great sauna, but pool is very small. Terrible coffee."

"I use it to stay weekly for my job. The staff are always smiling and welcoming. Quick to check in and easy leave your key check out in the morning I like having the same room each week (not telling you which one 😉) which they accomodate. Decent services with Fast Food and M&S options and coffee etc. Facilities in my room are great and always a comfortable stay. I do use earplugs as it's by a Motorway but just info for staying and not a criticism "
