"Tukki at the front desk was extremely helpful. She upgraded us to a suite because it was the only room available when we arrived early. Appreciated. We appreciate the buildings in Winchester are very old but we think overall maintenance of rooms could be better. Coffee stains on the carpet, a little touch up paint and minor repair on walls in the bathroom could go a long way."

"Great service, beautiful room. There was a problem with our meal on the first night but the waitress, Olivia, did everything she could to make the issue not feel so bad, and then we were given a most generous reduction to the bill. These things happen, but it’s how they are dealt with makes up for it. Lovely, relaxing stay."

"Unfortunately some of the spa facilities weren’t working . I was told after I paid . The the room was very hot . The service was amazing and so was the food . Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. "

Great place to stay

"Nice hotel for a one night stay within Gunwharf quays. Incredibly friendly staff, especially the reception guy who I think was called Lee. Parking is simple and free. Room is pretty basic but has all you need including a comfy bed and powerful shower. Some noise from the neighbouring room but nothing to disturb sleep. Breakfast was excellent. Tasty, plentiful with good ingredients. Stayed here before and wasn’t overly impressed but the improvement was very obvious and will use again soo."
