Lovely spa and amenities in general. Room was spacious and quiet with blackout curtains. I'd definitely recommend it. That said, there were some issues with cleanliness in the bathroom. I raised it with the staff on reception which was really positive and they helped. Key issue was a very dirty and old showerhead - a quick fix from maintenance.

Lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Room was larger than expected and the bed so very comfortable. There was a wide selection of foods available at Breakfast for even fussiest of eaters. Did not use Spa/pool etc but have decided will go back later in the year and enjoy it all !!

Has been refurbished to a great standard. Parts need finishing but the Spa , dining room , bar and bedrooms are impressive. More impressive however are the staff who were amazing for our entire stay , especially the lady in charge of breakfast who made my family feel valued and welcome. Thanks

Few issues. The spa wasn’t working and we weren’t informed. This was the whole reason for selecting this hotel. The dining experience was an hours wait for dinner which we didn’t get told about until 10 mins before. Positives - beautiful room great sized bed Breakfast was nice although a little cold

We had a brief stay at Botleigh Grange for a family event, and found it to be lovely. My daughter particularly enjoyed the pool! The rooms are comfortable and extremely good value for money, and the staff were lovely.

An excellent breakfast and the staff were all welcoming and helpful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. This was not a modern hotel, but we both preferred the comfort and welcoming atmosphere.

Disappointing
Jacuzzi was out of order. Suite decor was tired and mismatched. Quality of finish was poor, like the tradesman who did it had never done it before. Carpet was fraying, bedside light wasn't plugged in, had to move the bed which the cleaner obviously hadn't done for some time. Disappointing.

Great overnight stay at a lovely spa hotel. It is an old building but full of character, great customer service (friendly staff and happy to assist however they could). Dinner was great, menu isn’t the biggest but some good choices and excellent quality!

Very family friendly hotel, perfect stopover
The staff on reception were so lovely, my baby was sick in the night, and the young lady on night shift at reception was so helpful and accommodating. A very kind lady at breakfast helped the children with some snacks for their trip to Peppa Pig World and she was so helpful and pleasant. Would definitely return.
