"The Good: Very nice desk staff, nicely appointed room. Plenty of parking, multiple carded entry access points. Traveled wit a small dog, easy walking environment around periphery of hotel. The Bad: No breakfast (not even coffee). Room next door was noisy until 2 am. Had I been alone I’d have called the front desk to complain but my spouse was asleep. I was afraid if I left the room our dog would start barking and wake people in neighboring rooms as well. "

"It was cheap and well-situated. The rooms are dark, the volume doesn't turn down on the TV that I could tell, and the ice machine was broken."

"Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, easy access to the University of Delaware. However, the rooms need major updating, with very old cabinets, carpets, furniture, etc. Fortunately, everything worked properly in my room, and the bed was comfortable despite obvious older parts throughout the rest of the unit."

"Was in Middletown for a funeral. The Hampton Inn was a convenient location. The property was clea,quiet and safe. Breakfast was free."
