"We came for six day getaway. The house was very relaxing great ocean views. Two minute walk to the beach, chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Located at the end of the boardwalk, so an evening stroll on the boardwalk was a must. Was also dog friendly, which was very important to us . "

"The place wasn't clean. It had dog hair and dust bunnies in the corner. The place wasn't left with one FULL toilet paper roll in each bathroom, and when I went to wash my hair, the conditioner was empty. As well, I had to go searching for a bar of soap. I called the property manager, and they had toilet paper delived - at 23h30 - 11:30 at night!!!"

"Location was as described so we could access our planned activities on foot or by rented bike, just as we expected. The bedroom configurations need to be better explained in the listing..we had to shuffle members of our party at the last minute to allow privacy. "

Grand kids loved the game room and the neighbors are friendly and quiet.The beach is really nice to walk off season and the full moon rising over the bay was beautiful Joseph made sure we had everything we needed and checked to make sure we were happy with the stay."

"This was a quick trip to Delaware and Lisa’s place was great. Super cute and thoughtful touches throughout. She communicated well with me. Her place is spacious and offers privacy with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms with an additional half bath downstairs. "

"We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several...
