"Kitchen, living room and dining room were spacious, but kitchen is missing some important utensils. We enjoyed the upper deck and screened in porch. There were nice walkways to an uncrowded beach. Only a short distance to the ferry and Cape Henlopen State Park."

"Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living...

"This home is exactly as pictured, very spacious! It was very comfortable for 15 of us, with room for more! The pool was a nice added feature for our group. Owner was very accommodating and Tricia at the management company went above and beyond with communication! Much appreciated!! 20 min walk to shopping was good for exercise but after buying things, we needed to Uber back. This does not take away from the beautiful home though."

"My 8 sorority sisters and I get together for a girls weekend annually for our version of “The Big Chill”. This was our 37th Big Chill and our 4th year staying at Mallory Coastal Getaway. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything you need and the location is perfect! Our host Andrew was wonderful! He checked in to make sure everything was ok during our stay and was very responsive when we had questions. We had a blast and will be back again next year! "
