"House was very nice and convenient to the Common pool area and shopping area. Greatly appreciated the use of the bikes and the grill that were in the garage. The extra fridge in yhe garage was nice for the extra waters and beers bought. Hard to fish in the pond, since it was not very easy to get close to the edge of the pond, but nice to sit out and relax by the pond. Minor issues, need to fix both the master bathroom and back doors. They both stick and are very hard to close, especially the...

"Beautifully decorated home. The home was very clean. We had 10 people in our group, ages 3 to 71. We were very comfortable with the space. The beds were very comfortable. The development offered many activities. Shopping and dining was nearby. A fun time was had by all."

Such a quaint and comfortable home with quite a number of amenities: 2 pools, pickleball court, workout room at the clubhouse. Thank you for such a great time! "Overall, we loved this home. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for eating/playing/sleeping. House is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and the linen rental made it very easy. Location was great for ease of access to the beach/Fenwick/Ocean City, as well as some groceries and restaurants. We really only left the area when we wanted to be at the beach... which there's a shuttle that will take you and all of your beach stuff to the beach!"

Did not cook on site but kitchen seemed adequately equipped. Neighborhood had a vacation home vibe, not many other people around after season. "
