"My family of five (mom, dad, and three girls ages 17, 20, and 23) stayed here for three nights. We wanted to spend some time exploring Philadelphia, and this was a great home base for it. There are two overnight parking lots/garages on the block (no in/out though, so plan to find other transportation around the city) which was very convenient. "The neighborhood was a bit rough to what I was expecting. It didn’t feel safe to walk around the area and not much to see or do locally. It was quiet at night and we didn’t have any break ins during our stay. Drive way is super steep. It took a few tries to not bottom out on the pavement. I drive a car so it sits decently low to ground. "

"We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. "Thai at the front desk was phenomenal! So helpful, kind and welcoming! The location is perfect for the airport or sports complex. This was my second stay and when in town I will stay again! Only con is the rods in the shower are not good, the shower curtain falls to the middle and the floor gets flooded. "
