"We had a wonderful stay in Philadelphia! The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host was very responsive to my questions and even had laundry detergent delivered the night before I left so I could get some laundry done! So helpful and kind! "This place was wonderful! Such nice decor, everything was comfy, we wish it could be our summer home! Although it was way too cold to enjoy the deck, it was so nice. Probably the best private rental we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood had everything you'd need nearby and the ubers were cheap to the convention center. Easy to check in, it was great!"

"What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. "I took my boyfriend to Philadelphia to check out Lincoln Mill haunted house for Valentines day. I booked a room and I found this one. It was a great price for the weekend. We explored Fishtown and the food was amazing around the area. We did not like the parking situation but the host does explain that when you boo. Host was hard to reach when I arrived for early check-in as previously agreed upon and did not return my several calls and decided to text me almost an hour and a half later asking “who is this?” The place was nice but the living room searing wasn’t that comfortable. "We liked the place a lot. Things to know; if you are a larger person the stairs to the kitchen and the shower may be hard to use. We were fine but my husband and I are both 5 foot 6 and 150 pounds. This is street front so a little noisy but did not bother us. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Not easy to pal if you plan to drive into the city. Normal for major cities. We would definitely stay again. "

"Had a wonderful stay in this unit. Communication was great with host. Easy to get in. Well equipped & clean. Fantastic location in great neighborhood, lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking. Quiet to boot. It is a walk up so be aware you’ll be carrying everything up 4 flights in a rather narrow stair well. We will be definitely be back!!! Thank you so much."

"Everything was great apartment was cozy and kind of romantic which was perfect for our 4 day weekend..I used to live in Philly so basically visiting my second home..only issue i had was the parking situation but i remember quickly how philly has so many people piled up on one another in apartment living so parking was limited but I found a great gem for the next tine i come back..and we will be using this location again if available..Thanks "

"Came back home with friends to catch the Birds beating the Steelers. Got to show them Reading Terminal Market, City Hall, and McGillin’s all within a few blocks. Convenient to Suburban Station where we hopped the subway to the game. Will book this place again. "

"We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, during the parade, all the staff were welcoming, calm and helpful. They did not seem ruffled at all by the amount of guests in their lobby. It really made the day enjoyable and stress free. Their customer service is on point! "

"I needed a place close to the LOVE sign. The hotel was easy to find and there was a parking lot where you could park for $47 for 24 hrs. The hotel has a deal w/ this garage to allow in/out, but I didn’t need it. I will definitely stay here again if I need to be in that neighborhood. OUTSTANDING customer service, too"

" This property was perfect for a visit to Philadelphia-within walking distance to all historical sites and an easy Uber ride to other points of interest.
