"4th time I've stayed here. Gym, Pool and Sauna free to use for guests. I received a free room upgrade this time, but all the rooms I've stayed in are decent sized with good facilities. Decent Food and Drink reasonably priced. "

"EPEC (both of you) were absolutely amazing when I met them on arrival. So kind, helpful, informative and could not do enough to accommodate me and my family. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated by the amazing cleaning ladies - thank you. Rajesh, thank you for managing such a great team downstairs in the Breakfast hall, all ladies especially Mama, were fantastic and put a smile on my face. "Checked in after looking for another hotel after leaving the hotel I had originally booked. This hotel was warm and comforting, the check in was a total breeze. Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were large and comfortable. Bar and other communal areas were clean and very cosy, loved the cosy nook with open fire effect fire. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."
