"Don't be fooled by the outside. The rooms are amazing! Staff is great and accommodating Room was clean spacious, well stocked with plenty of towels and pillows.. Room had walk in shower which was a pleasant surprise. will stay again thank you"

"Read some of the reviews, they were actually pretty good so I thought I would give it a chance. I wrote this review from the hotel room the night that I stayed, not after I’d left and so far no issues. The place was clean, all the lights worked, location was pretty good, and there was a Denny’s just down the road where I could get my breakfast in the morning. Parking lot was well lit and very fast Internet download speeds although pretty bad upload speeds if you wanted to send pictures or video...

"Definitely has potential to be five star. Very clean, beautifully restored and maintained and felt safe and secure. Bed was nicely appointed and comfortable. Temperature easily and well maintained. I was reluctant to use a hotel with no on site personnel. It was a great experience. Absolutely better than the cursory front desk personnel. "This was a bare bones hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was Wi-Fi and a tv, and not much else. If all you want is a comfortable bed, then this is the place for you. "

"Even though I stayed here during a hurricane lost power, the manager of the hotel took it upon himself to feed everybody. That was there if I could give this place 10 stars I would."

"This is the second year we have attended the Gateway Rodeo together as a multi-family gathering and staying at this location for our accommodations. "The indoor pool water temperature was reasonably warm which I prefer. It is a rather small pool but since I had it to myself for about 1/2 hour worked well. Breakfast (we had scrambled eggs and sausages vs cereal,waffles etc.) was good; no danish or pastries of that type. Eating area was nice decor, not just tables and chairs cafeteria style. Hotel seems reasonably new so furniture, carpet etc not abused. Good to have carts for luggage to rooms & fast elevators. Easter decor in lobby a nice touch."
