"I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience."

We had to extend our stay by two nights, and Richard at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we could stay in the same room.
