Alpenglow is conveniently located and easy to find. The appointment we got was not the one I saw pictures of when booking. I was disappointed by the outdated chipped wooden furniture. However, the place was very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed to cook, there was plenty of storage space, and the bedroom was separated from the living area. Though we did not use the balcony, it was nice to have the possibility of sitting there. It was positive that the bathroom had dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner instead of individual packages. However, they all had very strong heavy scent of an 80’s aftershave that lingered for a long time, so we did not use them. All pillows were very high and impossible for me to sleep on, so I used a folded towel instead. If you are a back sleeper you should bring your own pillow, and if you are scent sensitive, bring your own toiletries. This said, the place is a great value.

Suite 212 was very clean and looked freshly renovated, very little wear and tear. Soundproofing didn't seem great but luckily, Whistler was quiet during my stay.

Jacuzzi was broken which was disappointing as the jacuzzi was one of the reasons we picked this property. Carpet in 417 was stained and could use replacing. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This properly walkable distances to food court. Easy parking 24$ for 24 h. Clean overalls. I stay on 2 floor. My room smiles like dirty kitchen. All smell of food from around getting in the room. Fun in Whistler Village
Service and staff were responsive. Rooms are a little dated and kitchen is sparse. Good value for the price, fun little pool and patio area. Close to the village and all the things!
