"I’ve just stayed a couple of days and it’s been really nice. Ayesha on reception was brilliant on arrival and the young lad from Uruguay behind the bar equally professional and polite. I ate in the bar one night and room service the second. Enjoyed both. Great location for working around South West London and getting back on the M25. "We had a great stay at the hotel, the room was comfortable, good range of tea and coffees. There was no running water when we checked in (and disappointing that we weren't told this at the check.in desk) but it was resolved within the hour. No robe and towel for the spa in the room so we had to dash back and forth there. The spa should close at 8pm on Saturdays but we were asked to leave at 7.40.
