The hotel can make some easy improvements like having cups next to the chilled water container. Out of 4 days there were only cups once. "The staff was wonderful and helpful. They let us store our luggage while we went to the beach. The shower tile was super grungy and smelled, and the light system was quite difficult to figure out. The pool looked dirty, but it was so close to the beach!. We will consider staying again."

"Liked the beach area and the gentlemen running it. They did a good job of monitoring the chairs and making sure those using them were actually from our hotel. Very kind young men. Housekeeping did a good job of cleaning, but often forgot an item or two in terms of changing out towels, garbage cans, etc. Our safe did not work and our frig was unplugged when we arrived...which we didn't realize until the next morning. We pulled it out from the wall and plugged it in. Housekeeping came after...

"Stayed here 1 nite to board a cruise the next day. Very close to port terminal and use getting there. Room spacious with laundry and has a full kitchen with all dishes n appliances. Only wished that they had dish towel instead of paper towels for the kitchen. We had a hard time accessing the garage - the kisok didn’t have any buttons to select option 2 to have them open the gate. Luckily one of the residents living there helped us in. She was very nice and helped me find the lobby...
