Property photos misleading, tiny moist/ moldy rooms, paper thin walls. Terrible stay and we will Not be staying in the future. Also construction work within the building was occurring at all hours and the property was constantly dirty and unkept.

Nice older hotel. My first impression in the room was a bit dirty. The floors were not mopped. But the bed and bath were clean. The end unit had windows that would not lock. It was nwxt to a stairwell. I didnt likw that. Aitrium was nice to hangout. The resto was good. Older pics in ads. 3.5/5 overall. Decent price.

The hotel was extremely noisy, loud, room was so small we had to go outside just to change our minds, there were no chairs in the room, staff were unfriendly, not helpful. Restaurant was overpriced, not associated with the hotel. Most pf the staff did not speak English; one front desk lade actually told me we should not have come there if we did not speak Spanish, which I do not. This is an English speaking country! There is no parking on site, had to self park 2 blocks away, or pay a lot for a valet to bring the vehicle, and still had to wait a long time for it to come. I WOULD RECOMMED NOT EVER STAYING THERE WHATSOEVER, NOT EVEN FOR FRE!

The young gentleman at front desk on the day we checked out was not friendly and not caring at all. Lobby area was old and dark, looked total different than what's showing on the pictures. Location is good.

The check process was tedious and I was the only one in line. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a mildew smell. Random people coming in and out the hotel all night. Construction was being done somewhere so it was alot of banging and drilling all night. Just a terrible experience

Room was really terrible .. kind of like staying in a white prison block that hasn't been cleaned very much... no decor, no views, no fixtures no carpet... honestly for that price it's probably the worst I've stayed... I know it's Miami Beach but I have stayed in rooms that are just a little bit more that are amazing.!!

This is the neatest vintage hotel I've stayed in. It needs some maintenance and repairs but mostly was in good shape for an older hotel. The area is very walkable. I loved the location!

I am very very disappointed with the service of this hotel and staff. The toilet doesn’t flush, the phone doesn’t work, my reservation was canceled, the receptionist couldn’t get I to contact with a supervisor. This was the worse experience of my life. Will not recommend, highly recommend a REFUND!!!!

Great location sound proof rooms! Excellent restaurant on site. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet and clean! Walk out the front entrance right on Ocean Boulevard! This is an historic hotel right in the middle of the most lively street in Miami! The staff were helpful and courteous! We had a great couple of nights there and would go back next time we are sailing from Miami Cruise port!

Property was is a great location with a vibrant atmosphere.Hotel is very old and expect due to age, nothing over the top. Rooms are nice just old which is expected in a historic area of south beach. We stayed for one night prior to a cruise and the location was great to start the trip! If you are bougie this wouldn’t be the spot! If you are here for location snd a fun area of town this is your spot!
