We had an issue with our AC toward the end, we were offered another room but they serviced it right away while we we were at the Disney parks and it was fine upon our return, the supervisor Corey called my cell during the day before our return he was very kind and prompt in making sure the issue was resolved and we knew . "We had a lovely time at the Bahama Bat Resort. The unit was lovely and perfect for our family. The pools were clean and pleasant. Wasn’t too busy that we felt crowded. When we had any issues the staff was very attentive and responded right away. We can’t wait to come back next year. "
