We had an issue with our AC toward the end, we were offered another room but they serviced it right away while we we were at the Disney parks and it was fine upon our return, the supervisor Corey called my cell during the day before our return he was very kind and prompt in making sure the issue was resolved and we knew . "Just that our bathroom tub wasn’t running properly the water will seat in it while showering and it felt like taking a shower with dirty water. Love how clean the room was and also comfortable. TV programming was less than average."
