"Pools were surprisingly quiet despite being such a large property. Conveniently located. Susnet Walk has many dining options which is less than a 5 minute walk away. Target & the Dollar Store were also within walking distance making it convenient to purcahse some breakfast items ans snacks for the room and pool toys, floaties, ect. Would definitely stay here again"

"I like the pool, but didn't have the cleaner for the pool. Ants and other things at the bottom of the pool. Door to pool off track needs to be fix."

"Our stay at Sonder was wonderful. Staff was friendly and anytime we needed anything they were very accomodating. The rooms were a good size and had the essentials. It’s a reasonably priced stay, clean and safe. The beds are super comfortable and lots of pillows. The grounds aren’t extravagant by any means but they are relaxing, quiet and peaceful. Good location to the Disney Parks but we wish the shuttle service had more departing and returning times. Suggest renting a car for Universal...

"The property is beautiful. If you are looking for a way to stay off Disney property and still be close by, this is a good choice. We stayed at the Villas so we had a full kitchen and laundry which was a nice way to save money on breakfast lunch and dinner. Theres a Super Target and Publix nearby. The biggest issue is they seem short staffed. Every staff member we interacted with was wonderful. There just arent enough of them. 10 minute hold times when we called the front for something simple...
