"Our stay was great! Well maintained property. Nice pools, great service, excellent on property restaurant. **Side note: The shuttle to & from the parks is a nightmare. It is a 3rd party service not connected to the Aqua Sol. The service was abysmal. The night time driver is rude and completely unprofessional. We almost got in an accident on 3 seperate occasions. The times for pick up & drop off make no sense and it will take you 2 hours to get to & from the parks as the shuttle stops at several other hotels & then traffic. Every pick up was late ranging from 7 mins to 30 mins. Once we were dropped off in a random parking lot and told to move into a van that did not have enough seating for all involved. There was a tense interaction between the two drivers, who began arguing & shouting in front of guests. It was not a highlight I would recommend to any traveler. DO NOT USE THE SHUTTLE. Save yourself the time & effort and pay for the rental car. We enjoyed our visit to the Aqua Sol and look forward to returning in the future!"

"Property was very good. Only issue is that when we reached there on Christmas Eve, we noticed our bedsheets were very dirty. I called the front desk and the gentleman came and apologized. Next day one of the supervisors apologized as well and said she will compensate 2 nights. Than next day their story changed and I was told only the resort fee will be refunded. I hate when their offers change and mislead people. I was told to call third party. Now the third party will give me the run around. Not fair"

"The resort was amazing just the right size not to big not to small had quite a bit of things to do several different pools basketball court splash pad for the kids I wish it was by a pool or something I didn’t care for the man made beach it should just be called the sand pit or something because when I hear beach I think of water don’t get me wrong it was really nice my grandkids cried when we left after five hours so it was amazing but change the name and our HOME AWAY FROM was just that very spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our space we recommend this resort "
