From the front desk, breakfast, maintenance, absolutely the best. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the ferry to cross the Thames. If I ever come back to London, this property will be at the top of my list to book. "

"This hotel was really convenient for us as we were in London sight seeing. Tube and DLR within minutes of hotel. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Spa pool etc clean and nice to relax after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again and recommend you all."
