"Very nice place to stay if you need to stay overnight in London. Location is perfect, only 5mins away from the tube and Tower Bridge, and 2 minutes away from the DLR. Room was VERY spacious and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here, I’ll probably be coming back next time I need to stay in London. "New build in Canary Wharf. Handy for shops and good transport links. Wished there was parking at the hotel, but it wasn’t too far away. Staff very warm and helpful. The only thing that could have been abit better was TV reception in the room really but we were hardly on the room. "

"comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."

"Customer service was outstanding at Reception, Bar and Wellness Centre. The rooms were spacious. They were very accomodating of mobility issues. The sauna was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."
