"We arrived at 7:30 a.m Cesar allowed us to check in at this time & upgraded us to suite. He was very professional, courteous & kind. This was not a holiday trip but a medical trip & his kindness & consideration made it so much easier. From the doorman to the cleaning staff it was a 5 star stay. "

Great family stay.

"Brilliant service, great central location, great restaurant and staff. Breakfast was great, including lovely kids breakfast for just 12 dollars. Dinner was good. Hotel room a little dated and tired but super clean and all we needed. Good value for money, would definitely stay again. "
