"The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were given an early check-in which was so great. We were able to get into our room early and then do some shopping before dinner which was very helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. They said it was nice and warm. We were also given a later check-out which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again."
