"The front staff were super friendly at checkin and very helpful. It was quick. I was really thankful the second day when i saw the housekeeping staff had left me bottle water in the fridge, they must have seen i had water on my nightstand for my medication, that was REALLY appreciated. "

"This hotel is exceptional. We were there to attend a conference. It was conveniently located with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The front desk was wonderful and pleasant. They were there for us at every request. I will be recommending Shangri-La to anyone who is going to Vancouver. I will be back for sure!"
