"Great location, amazing rooms and super friendly staff. The pool and hot tub always seem to be closed though. Also the pillows arent very comfortable. Literally the only thing I don't like about the hotel is the pillows they arent flat like normal pillows they are big squishy balls that are firm in the middle so it's hard to get comfortable. All they need to do is get nice flat pillows and it's a perfect rating in my books. This is my family's fav place to stay in Vancouver! "

"We have stayed at the Listel many times and have always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. The location couldn’t be better, only a 10 minute walk to English Bay and Stanley Park, and only a 20 minute walk to Gastown and the city center. They also have a contract with a taxi service and will call them and have them respond within minutes, which was great for us given that it rained for most of 2 days when we were there. The rooms are beautifully decorated...
