"This place is run down. Irregular stains, wear, peeling paint, molding shower area, falling apart furniture, etc. Bed is hard. You can hear the trains ( underground subway) all day and night up to 1230 am- ish. TV has about 5 channels: 3 crime and 1 craft and 1 very old movie channels which FREQUENTLY got scrambled and cut off. Only soap and shampoo provided, no tissue paper or lotion, etc. Only bath towels provided and no hand or wash towels. Reception desk people were very friendly and...

"Wonderful people and so friendly and helpful. Very small accommodation and bathroom was almost alarmingly tiny. Could use more space for things, limited shelving or surfaces to use for our belongings. Mini fridge was a huge plus, and the mattresses were new I believe, as they were amazingly comfortable. Slept really well there, and it was very quiet. Nice stay, but probably not for people who need a bit more space, have a lot of luggage, or are used to American chain hotels. Would definitely...

"Was a bit apprehensive about staying here bring a bar, but I needn’t have been. Rooms quiet, good size and comfortable, will definitely use again."

"The hotel is completely renovated and only 5 minutes walk from Earl's court metro and bus station. There are a lot of dining options around it. Ibram at reception was very kind and helpful. Downside: Rooms are on the smaller side."
