"Everything was great, except elevator service. Overcrowding and frustration among guests as only 2 of 6 were working for a large hotel. "

"Very easy check in. We were given the room upgrade we had requested and it had a bath as requested. We said we were running the London marathon and the hotel gave us a runners goody bag including Epsom salts for a post run bath, energy drinks and bars. They are also putting on a marathon runners evening meal tonight and special early breakfast Sunday morning. We also got our free drink vouchers. We have stayed at Apex hotels several times and I can thoroughly recommend them."
