"Great place to stay and location was perfect. Staff very helpful and made it a very pleasant stay. Mattress was too hard for me to get a fully rested sleep but that shouldn't deter your stay here."

"really enjoyed our stay but was really surprised there was no kettle or place to hang clothes. if this hotel put this in place it would be 5 star as the hotel & location was 2nd to none. only other thing was getting charged for our luggage to be looked after while our train was scheduled. that was after we had to pay 40 pound to check in early even though our room was ready. great stay though lol"

"This hotel is in a great location for getting around London and offers good value, clean and comfortable accommodation. We liked the addition of comfortable bucket chairs in our twin room and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and staff were friendly and helpful- we’d stay again . "
