"The only complaint I could have about this hotel is that they seem to really need help at the front desk during check in hours. Everyday there was a gigantic line that wrapped all through the lobby. We checked in at a weird time so didn't have to deal with that. But everything else was great. The rooms are small. We had six people in the suite and it was tight. The staff are super nice. The cafeteria was good. Overall, very satisfied. "

"Love the decor and interior design of the architecture. The dining options are fairly similar within the resort so not a lot of variety. Staff is friendly but not urgently service oriented like other resorts-more laid back which can be a plus for some!"

"Very nice stay for what we were looking for. Housekeeping came every day. Pool was never too busy and able to find somewhere to relax. The bar was a nice date night out for a drink and game of pool. Only thing to watch for is the vacation planning area. I knew what was going on and what they were trying to sell. We were told we would be given gifts for our 2 hours of time. Just note it was almost double that at 3 1/2 hours and some of the gifts we were promised didn’t work. Otherwise a great stay despite the people at Wyndham Rewards presentation telling us that Rosen Inn International was nothing compared to Wyndham properties. We quite enjoyed the Rosen Inn!!"
