"Our recent stay at Universal Endless Summer Dockside, during spring break, was fantastic. We switched to this hotel two days before our trip to Universal, and have zero regrets. We checked in on a Wednesday, and the whole process was a breeze. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a shuttle to/from the Universal parks. The area surrounding the hotel felt safe enough during the day, but we did come across some interesting individuals in the evenings - I would hesitate to walk alone after dark. There were several walkable shopping choices nearby for groceries, including a fantastic Portuguese store and a chain drug store with simple grocery options. The property was within a 30 minute walk of many fast food options, restaurants, retail complexes and outlet shopping malls. The pool area was resort-like and never busy, but the water was pretty cold. The fitness centre was incredible - new machines, and plentiful treadmills. The food court was very pricey - we did not eat there. In room coffee and a mini-fridge were a plus. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It was a delightful stay for my family of four (two adults, two teenagers)."

"We were in town for a cheer competition located about 14 miles from this resort. At first I thought it was to far but it was the absolute BEST! There was so much to do for my children from foam parties, kids live dj party and many other events. There is a tiki bar that you can sit at and watch your children in the water park. There was definitely something for everybody. The staff were all very courteous and went out of there way to make the trip magical. Michael from the arcade was a definite stand out. The building might look a little old from the outside but was very modern and updated the minute you walk in. I will be staying here everytime I come to town. "

"We love staying here when we’re visiting the Universal Studios parks. The rooms are always clean and the resort is within walking distance to everything. The walking path is beautifully maintained and safe. The dining options are basically endless at City Walk, but the resort also has kid friendly dining inside the hotel as well. The prices are almost always reasonable to stay here. The kids always have a blast at the pools and bowling alley! "
