"excellent staff. wanted to order something for a friend while in Bangkok, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with the address, and then kind enough to talk to "lalamove" to confirm they had the correct information for the delivery. OUTSTANDING service! (i'm sorry- i meant to get her name, but i kept missing my chance). The porter (i believe Todsapron?-early afternoon shift) was also very helpful with luggage, questions, and getting taxis. great location and a fantastic...

"excellent staff. wanted to order something for a friend while in Bangkok, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to help me with the address, and then kind enough to talk to "lalamove" to confirm they had the correct information for the delivery. OUTSTANDING service! (i'm sorry- i meant to get her name, but i kept missing my chance).
