"I stayed in two bedrooms executive suite located in 12A floor. The room has massive spaces with two en-suites, kitchen, balcony and dining area. Hotel only offers one restaurant, one shuttle tuk tuk to thong lo bts station. Hotel allows early check in if room is available, i checked in at 11:00 am with no extra costs."

"This hotel could be fabulous, but there are a few teething problems still. No balcony furniture, had to request this. Husband cut his foot on parasol base, razor sharp edges on metal parts. The response from the onsite manager and team was very good though. No sauce pans in rooms despite there being a hob! Had to request this from reception. No instructions for microwave / oven or dishwasher (which had no cutlery holder). Bed is comfortable, though pillows a little firm for my liking. Breakfast...

"The hotel was in a dodgy area with no access to public transport. There’s nothing to see in the neighborhood, could not even find a money changer nearby. The room was so basic and cheaply done—photos online can’t be trusted. I only stayed maybe 30-45 minutes in the room before checking out and booking a new hotel, and in that short period I could tell that it wouldn’t have provided restful sleep as I could hear everything that was going on outside. I tried to ask for a refund from the hotel...

"The property is amazing! The rooms could not be cleaner! To top it off the staff was the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel anywhere in the world. They reached out early to facilitate transportation from the airport and worked with me even having a flight that landed at 0030. Highly recommend Maidi Padi to anyone coming Bangkok."
