"Great location (right next to BTS and MRT, on top of Terminal 21). Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that bothers me is they didn’t give us new toiletries and toilet paper, after they came to clean our room. We ran out of soap/shampoo/toilet paper after 2 days. We had to call the front desk one night to get new toiletries and toilet paper."

"I am presuming certain floors are in better condition than others. The pictures provided did not reflect what I saw for my room or floor. I am presuming they are still in the process of renovating. My hallway on the 6th floor was dark and needed color. Some lights were not working and the ceiling looks like it suffered from water damage. The main floor and floor 4 looked bright and clean from what I seen. New sheets and linens would be appreciated. The bathroom also needs some work. "

"Anna the front desk and all the front desk girls were helpful. The rooms are very large. It’s an older hotel about 3 mins walk to so cowboy. I slept fine and I believe far enough away not to keep u up all night great budget friendly place to stay"
