The staff are amazing, the only downside was a 1,000 thb security deposit. The building is amazing and in a great location next to Em Dining. The buffet inside hotel is excellent and worth it. It sucked that the spa wasnt available during my visit.

This is an outstanding hotel and perhaps one of my favorite of all times ! Great breakfast buffet , great staff, clean and modern room with all the bells and whistles! The A/C in the room has a very loud fan. If you turned it off the room got too hot . So we ended up managing the fan through the night. Across the street was a very bright electronic billboard which illuminate at 5 am and we had a hard time blocking out the light. The room itself was nice

Junior suite, lovely and spacious suite with plenty of light and good view! Bathroom very spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is good quality and a lot of variety for all. Only thing was noisy air conditioning to sleep with but other than this a great stay!
