"Great location (right next to BTS and MRT, on top of Terminal 21). Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that bothers me is they didn’t give us new toiletries and toilet paper, after they came to clean our room. We ran out of soap/shampoo/toilet paper after 2 days. We had to call the front desk one night to get new toiletries and toilet paper."

"This hotel is in the middle of everything. If you like quiet hours at night, then this is not the hotel for you. Bangkok does not sleep at night. The cafe downstairs stays busy til morning hours. Alot of things to do near this hotel and is walkable to pretty much everything. "
