"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Wonderful Stay!

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Apex city of London Hotel. The staff were extremely curteous and professional. They went out of their way to help you. They gave me a quiet room away from the elevators, as requested. Jake one of the hotel reception staff helped me with train schedules and how to get to Heathrow. My room was clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again when in London."
