"Excellent hotel with two exceptions. First, the beds were too soft, providing only minimal support. And second, was the noise. Omg, we chose a room facing the city because we were told that rooms facing Kalakaua were noisy from the street. But there were numerous roof-top air conditioners across from our city facing side producing noise 24/7. "

"Clean, relaxing, very considerate staff. Great place. The name used to be Ohana Waikiki East so that might pop up wheb youre trying to get an Uber or something. "

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"
