"Amazing hotel"

"The location is excellent. Lots of dining options. Mall is right across which made many things super convenient. Beach was a quick walk. The hotel was clean. Carpets can probably use a replacement. The first night we arrived they did not have two rooms for us on the same floor although we had booked way in advance. "Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"
