"The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. And less than 20 mins drive from the airport. Property is safe. Free parking. No resort fees. I liked our apartment. Plenty of room. A king sized bed would fit, but the queen was comfortable. Fitted sheet had large bloodstaines on it, not just one. No housekeeping during our stay, which I'm fine with. Place was clean, plenty of towels for our 4 nights stay. We didn't cook but the kitchen had all that one would need. A/C units...

"Entire apartment was great, very clean not that big but we like the lanai and the entire apartment. communication with Giselle is great! The only thing we don't like is if you do a late check out they will charge you for a night stay. but other than that no problem! Very well maintained and organized. I recommend it! "

"The studio is as described. We stayed for 5 nights and it was just perfect for us. Storage was the only issue but we found a way to make things work. We walked to a grocery store and the beach and the pool on the 6th floor of the building was great! The car rental in the building was truly an asset. The food trucks across the street also were a plus when we decided to have supper in. The hosts are wonderful and reply quickly. "

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"
