"This was a gem of a place--we weren't going "to" Oxnard, particularly, just passing through, but it was appealing to be on the water. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and in great condition, and had a balcony overlooking the harbor, which was lovely. The hotel was in walking distance of several restaurants on either side of the harbor. Highly recommend if you are going to spend time in the area or are just passing through. "

"The alarm at the Solar Urgent Care kept going off at night and it was very loud. My window was facing the Urgent Care. I wish that the 2 young ladies in the front desk would have been a bit more friendly. There was an Hispanic male worker that was so nice to us. He answered our questions and was very friendly and kind. The room was clean, the bathroom was too. The faucet in the shower didn’t shut all the way and the running water was a bit annoying at night. Other than that the stay was ok."

"Love this place! The ambiance on the grounds, outside at night by the pool, the restaurant & staff all around is great! My daughter is on Spring Break, so we came for girl time. Not having to leave the resort is the best part. Checkin staff was friendly. Dinner was great. A quick walk on the beach, and our ocean view room made a really nice quick getaway. Will definitely be back!"
