"I hate to give this place a good review, there may not be a room available next time I plan on visiting. It doesn't get any better than this, On the Beach, pleasant staff, chill neighborhood with great options for food. Slept with the door open listening to the waves crash. 1st floor rooms just remodeled and the price point was perfect! 10 stars +"

"Great location with awesome harbor views from the west side of the building. We stayed on the third floor and it was very quiet (after we turned off the room wall HVAC unit). It goes on and off constantly but once we got under the covers we didn't need it. My only little gripes are 1) Parking is $12 extra and everybody has a car. I don't mind paying extra for parking in a big city where it is at a premium, but at a hotel like this with a big lot it's just an extra BS charge. 2) I don't like having $100 added to by credit card "for incidentals" even if its refunded later. There are no incidentals (no mini-bar, etc) to the money is just in case you steal something. I don't steal things so I'm not a fan of this refundable charge. I'll watch to make sure it's credited back to my card in a timely manner. But other than those two things, it was very nice indeed! "
