"Home is as advertised in a very quiet neighborhood. We arrived in the evening and the porch light was on so that was a nice welcoming touch. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and we had all the information we needed to start our vacation. "We have stayed at this hotel many times. This stay the special little things about the hotel are gone. The loby no longer has cookies, hot chocolate, tea for guests. Breakfast no longer has pancakes. In room never received regular coffee for pot in room No shampoo, conditioner or soap in room (had to buy soap.) Rooms cleaned in late afternoon. Staff all seemed mmuserable. The good thing is they still don't have bugs. ,"
