"When I checked in the staff at the front desk were absolutely lovely. I would especially like to give a nice shout out to Lume for her help in finding a great room for me. She was a pleasure to deal with and Ramona was very kind as well. The room was absolutely wonderful, clean and quiet. Hotel is right on the Albert Embankment, so a nice walk can be had in either direction. Vauxhall tube and bus depot is less then 10 minutes away so transport is easy.
