Too many Namastes from everyone makes it look artificial - loses the natural interaction with staff. Small bar area, small dining rooms, limited food choices. Luxury with dents. Lack of communication and coordination between staff. "

"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"Hotels in a good location. Food was excellent. Room had no window. Only one power point in the room. WiFi was variable and needed to be reactivated every time you went out. "

Rooms and was rooms were clean however rooms does not depict what’s shown in booking pictures. Only complaint was the mattress was hard worn out and not comfortable based upon pricing literally all the springs should be felt."

"Super convenient to Vishwanath Temple. Indian hotels needs a big customer service lesson in regards to toiletries. Asked many times for fresh hand towels but never received for the first 2 nights. After repeatedly demanding they gave 1 on the day of my checkout. "
