"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The rooms and corridors are well kept. It is near to TAJ MAHAL. The breakfast had multiple options and servers were polite and helpful - they fulfilled all our food requests for my toddler. My kids enjoyed the puppet show at night near the pool. We had AC issues at night, and the team promptly addressed it in few mins. They also compensated me proactively for this inconvenience. "I am disappointed that when I reached the hotel to check in I was told I that they didn’t have my reservation and they have no rooms. I had to request and prove to them that I had reservations. I had to wait for three hours before the room was made available. Expedia's may want to check why the reservation was not available with the hotel.
