"They did not recognize the reservation from hotel.com. Took 2+ to checking and kept us waiting. Same for checkout. Food is great. service is good. There should be some arrangement for pickup from airport. Its difficult to get to the hotel as there are lot of roadblocks from local cops. If you have heavy luggage its difficult to get to the hotel."

"We made a last minute trip and so stayed at the place we got. The place was awful. Sheets had blood stains and dirt on. Towels were dirty. We had the staff change the whole lot and asked them not leave any comforter and other things in our room that weren’t essential. I walked with flip flops on as I didn’t trust even the floor!
